Do you really offer Free Delivery?

Yes, just order 2 or more records and key in the discount code: ‘LOCAL’ during checkout. The cut off for the weekly run is by 4pm on Thursday for delivery by Sunday that week. But were here to help so can bend the rules if it suits both parties. Generally your records will be delivered on a weekly run. We do hold the right to deliver earlier or later, and thank you for your understanding.

Otherwise, we use Australia Post Standard or Express mail within Australia and Internationally. And Free postage for orders over $199 within Australia.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, cancellations can be made within 24 hours and as long as the order has not been shipped.

What is your Shipping Guarantee?

Your record/s will be packaged with loving care in a super secure mailer. If you require further insurance please drop us and email and we’ll make it happen.

If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the unopened mailer. This will make it easier to claim any damages from the postal service.

What is your Return Policy?

If for whatever reason you need to return the item and it’s unopened you can send it back for a full refund.

We cannot accept returns of any records that have been opened.

If the record itself is faulty please take a photo or video of it playing so we can make a claim with the supplier.

Do you buy Records and CD’s?

Yes, just drop us an email with a list, or brief description of what you have, and we’ll get back to straight away.
